Location

Excellent location in the municipality of Gavà in the region of Baix Llobregat, belonging to the Metropolitan Area of Barcelona and integrated within the Garraf Natural Park. The Property actually comprises 140 hectares within the park that are fully protected.

Its location is privileged being in the upper area of the urbanization of La Sentiu, with easy reach from the Ronda de Dalt (B-20), the C-31/32 that goes along the coast and the routes that lead to B-22 and Gran Vía de les Corts Catalanes. These roads communicate the property with the Airport, the center of Barcelona, the beaches and the rest of the metropolitan area.

In the immediate vicinity, we mainly find a lot of forest space and a small set of detached housing within the nearest residential area called La Sentiu. Then in a 1km distance descending to Ctra de La Sentiu one can progressively find other uses offices, corporate headquarters, hotels, homes, several shopping centers, student residences, universities and green areas.

Description of the asset

Hotel Resort within a rustic property of 200 hectares, 70% of which is included within the Garraf Natural Park.

Hotel, Wellness, SPA and Service Buildings constructed and operated under the same exploitation.

The urban zoning Clave 21 allows to change use of 30% of the property surface within the Sector "Can Vinyes". The main tertiary uses will be accepted as well as the use of housing linked to the main exploitation.

The resort is located along the trough of the mountain, has south facing facade, where is the main access to the property, and a wide facade to the road to Can Vinyes, where you can access the parking and the services.

A total of 35 detached houses linked and operated under the same band, are located in the mountain solana.

The resort has a total floor area of 62,750 sqm.
